Araceli “Sally” Quezada

Hi, I’m Araceli “Sally” Quezada, Director of Operations and Co-Owner of Platinum Auto Glass, a family-owned business proudly serving the DFW community. With over 20 years of professional experience in operations, customer service, and business development, I help lead a company built on craftsmanship, integrity, and genuine care for people.  

At the heart of everything I do is family. I’m blessed to be married to my high school sweetheart Fred, and together we’ve built a life centered around love, resilience, and purpose. We are proud parents of four incredible children, each on their own unique journey and they continue to inspire me every day.  At 

Platinum Auto Glass, we specialize in windshield replacement and repair, ADAS safety calibrations, and custom auto glass solutions for everything from daily drivers to classic and luxury vehicles. What truly sets us apart is our commitment to transparency, education, and treating every customer like family, because safety on the road starts with trust.  

Beyond business, my heart is deeply rooted in community impact. I am the co-founder of Audrey’s Butterfly Effect, a nonprofit inspired by my daughter Audrey, who left a lasting imprint on my life. Through this mission, we recognize and celebrate exceptional students, educators, and programs that create inclusive environments where every child can shine. 

What started as a small idea has grown into a movement across multiple school districts and chambers of commerce.  I’m also honored to serve as a board member and ambassador for the Lewisville Area Chamber of Commerce and an active member of the Rotary Club of Lewisville, where I focus on building meaningful relationships, supporting local businesses, and giving back to the community that has given so much to us.

Everything I do, whether in business or in service, is rooted in faith, family, and purpose, and driven by one belief: Small flutters. Big impact.
