Britt is an impact-driven community builder, creative professional, and faith-driven leader with a passion for connecting people, purpose, and opportunity. She serves as the Community Development Manager for Flower Mound City Lifestyle, a relationship-driven marketing partnership and community brand where she brings businesses and people together through storytelling, strategic connections, and elevated experiences.

Britt believes she is fully walking in her calling—and she absolutely loves what she does. In addition to her work in media and community development, Britt is a Beauty Guide with LimeLife by Alcone, a professional-grade line of luxury makeup, skincare, and haircare rooted in clean, high-performance ingredients. She also promotes LifeWave, an innovative wellness technology company known for its non-invasive phototherapy patches designed to support the body’s natural healing processes, energy, and overall vitality.

Through both beauty and wellness, Britt is passionate about helping others feel confident, restored, and empowered from the inside out. Her background is rooted in television and video production, where she worked as a professional makeup artist. She has worked with notable figures including George Strait, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, and other high-profile leaders & celebrities. She also expresses her creativity through photography, videography, and painting.

At the core of everything she does is her faith. Britt is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, her Lord and Savior, and credits God’s grace for every chapter of her life. She is also a survivor—having overcome a near-death experience, congestive heart failure, and multiple life-threatening challenges. Her testimony fuels her purpose to live boldly and serve others with intention. Britt is a proud mom to three amazing children—Kaleb (17), Logan (8), and Tristan (6)—who bring joy, laughter, and constant inspiration into her life. Being a mom is her #1 ministry. Looking ahead, Britt is deeply passionate about partnering with nonprofits to bring testimony-based concerts and impactful events to schools, colleges, and business environments. Her vision is to create spaces where Christian artists, rappers, authors, and speakers can share stories that inspire hope, transformation, and purpose.
