Kimberly White

Kimberly White is a leadership coach, mentor, and collaborator who works with leaders and business owners as they navigate challenges and seize opportunities. She founded Kimberly White Leadership to empower leaders who influence the business. The guiding metaphor for her work is “leader as the cornerstone.” How a leader thinks, acts, relates, and engages shapes everything else. Her expertise stems from experience across education, corporate consulting, sales leadership, and leadership coaching. For decades, regardless of her role, she has helped people evolve into who they need to be next. Her impact has ranged from helping third-graders become fourth-graders to a stay-at-home mom becoming a spa owner, to a COO of a family business going public, and to leadership teams responsible for business expansion. Every engagement has shaped her as a coach and continues to inform her process, offering a pathway for the shifts, evolution, and transformation her clients seek. Kimberly has a history of building and nurturing business communities for women. After several years of working independently, her desire to connect with other women in business motivated her to create an in-person community of women, all selling for the same business, who came together to learn from one another and support each other from a place of shared understanding and a spirit of collaboration. She now leads a group of women coaches she invited to form a “work family,” and they have been meeting weekly for 4 years to support each other personally and professionally. As Vice President and Co-Leader of the Global Women’s Empire Lewisville Chapter, Kimberly is passionate about helping build a local community where women can connect, collaborate, support one another, and grow their businesses together. On a more personal note, Kimberly considers raising her three sons, now young adults making their mark in the world, one of the greatest honors of her life. In her daily life, she appreciates her dog, Reign, whose wagging tail makes her giggle; a wonderful circle of friends who make her better; and an extended family that adds richness to her life in ways only family can. Kimberly walks boldly in faith, with her eyes fixed on Christ, aiming each day to become more like Him, to reflect His character to others, and she is eternally grateful for His grace over her imperfections.
