That's been my superpower for over 20 years, and it's what makes LivingWell Realty different from every other brokerage in Collin County.

I'm Deb Wells — a native Texan, a proud Collin County resident for 25+ years, and the Broker Owner of LivingWell Realty, the independent brokerage I built alongside my husband and business partner, Brent. Together, we've created something rare in this industry: a boutique real estate experience where every client feels like family, every home is treated like a showpiece, and every transaction is handled with the kind of care and expertise you simply can't find at a big-box brokerage.

I didn't fall into real estate — I came to it with a plan. Armed with a Marketing degree and a genuine passion for beautiful spaces, I built my business around a simple but powerful philosophy: a well-presented home sells faster and for more money, every single time.

As both a licensed Broker and a certified Home Stager, I offer something most agents can't — I personally style and stage every listing I take. Not as an add-on. Not as an upsell. As a core part of what I do for every seller, because I believe you deserve every advantage when you're selling one of your largest assets.

My specialty is the Celina, Prosper, Frisco, and McKinney markets, with deep roots throughout all of Collin County. I know these neighborhoods — the schools, the builders, the price trends, the streets. I've lived, worked, played, and prayed here for decades, and that hyper-local knowledge is something no algorithm or out-of-town agent can replicate.

When I'm not staging a living room or negotiating a contract, you'll find me with my nose in a book, digging in the garden, planning my next trip, or getting endless snuggles from our goldendoodle, Luna (who is, objectively, the best member of the team).

I believe real estate is ultimately about people — their dreams, their next chapters, their biggest financial decisions. My job is to make that process feel less overwhelming and a lot more exciting. I show up prepared, I communicate proactively, and I never stop working to get my clients the results they deserve.
